The Second Infusion is live. Your infusion changed your life. Your second one changes hers.
Give the second infusion →For employers
The Working Women Campaign brings free iron screening to your workplace and, for every employee screened, funds one infusion for a woman outside your organization who cannot pay. Half a day on site. Nothing for you to run.
What we bring
01
A nurse, a bilingual intake team and a hematology review of every result. Free to every person screened.
02
Anyone with low iron is offered a video consult with a board-certified hematologist, and treatment through the network in nine days on average.
03
The report
An impact receipt for your organization: people screened, women treated, infusions funded. Plus a partner listing on this site.
What you provide
A room for half a day, with a door that closes
A date, at least two weeks out
One internal announcement, which we draft for you
What it costs the person being screened: nothing.
Questions
Is any health data shared with us as the employer?
Never. Individual results go to the employee only and, with her consent, to her own clinician. Your organization receives counts, not names.
Is screening only for women?
Screening is open to all staff. The Foundation's funded treatment is for women, because that is where the deficiency and the gap sit.
How many people can be screened in a day?
Around forty per half day per nurse. Larger sites run multiple days or multiple nurses.
What does Screen one, Fund one cost the organization?
It is agreed per site, based on headcount, and confirmed in writing before the day. Ask for the employer brief.
Send a few details and our partnerships team will reply within two business days with dates and next steps. There is no cost to your employees.
