These terms apply when you use femfoundation.org, the Iron Planning Service at crm.femfoundation.org, and other services of Fem Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Miami, Florida. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Not medical advice
Information on our website is for general education only. It is not medical advice and does not replace advice from your own doctor or care team. Always ask a qualified healthcare provider about your health, symptoms, test results or treatment. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.
The Iron Planning Service
- The Iron Planning Service helps patients referred by their clinic find a treatment center and schedule treatment. We coordinate logistics. We do not provide medical care, and the treatment you receive is the responsibility of the providers who deliver it.
- We work hard to place every order quickly, but we cannot guarantee that a treatment center will accept an order or offer a particular date.
- We never ask patients for money or for card details. If anyone asks you to pay on our behalf, do not pay and contact us.
- Please give us accurate information and keep your contact details up to date so we can reach you.
SMS Terms
Fem Foundation sends text messages through the Iron Planning Service to patients who opt in by ticking the text message box when they enroll at crm.femfoundation.org/enroll. Texts are about the patient's Iron Planning case: updates, reminders, questions about appointments and replies from our care team. We do not send marketing or fundraising texts. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of receiving our help.
- Message frequency varies, usually 1 to 3 messages a week while your case is open.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any text to opt out. You will receive one confirmation and no further texts. Reply START to opt back in.
- Reply HELP for help, or email info@femfoundation.org.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Donations
Donations are processed securely by Stripe. Fem Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, EIN 93-3962070, and donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us at info@femfoundation.org and we will review it with you.
Using our website
- Use our website and services only for lawful purposes.
- Do not try to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other people's information, interfere with how our services work, or send us harmful code.
- Do not submit information about another person without their permission.
Our content
The text, images, logos and other content on our website belong to Fem Foundation or are used with permission. You may share our pages and print them for personal, non-commercial use. Please do not copy or reuse our content for other purposes without our written permission.
Links to other websites
Our website links to services run by others, such as our donation and form providers. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.
Disclaimers
We provide our website and services as they are and as available. We do our best to keep information accurate and our services running, but we do not promise that they will always be complete, current, uninterrupted or error free.
Limitation of liability
